We produce evaluations, appraisal reports, feasibility analyses, and restricted report appraisals. These valuation services span the complete spectrum of commercial real estate property types. We also work closely with lenders, both federally regulated and non-depository. Our valuation reports comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and all associated guidelines, and every piece of appraisal collateral we deliver is created independently of the loan process.
Our Founder
Michael is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and REALTOR® with a demonstrated history of passion for the development and financing of Real Estate. He is skilled in Real Estate Valuation, Business Intelligence, and technical skills such as Microsoft Excel, Financial Modeling, Sales, and Market Research. Michael is a real estate professional with a B.B.A. in Finance and Risk Management from St. Mary's University and an M.S. in Finance - Real Estate Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Michael and his wife also manage a small cattle operation in Zapata, Texas.
